可见光响应S掺杂NaTaO3的制备及其催化性能研究
Synthesis and Photocatalytic Property of Visible Light Sensitive S-doped NaTaO3

Abstract
Visible light sensitive photocatalysts S-doped NataO3 were fabricated by a simple hydrothermal method. The effects of experimental parameters such as reaction temperature and the amount of S doping on the phase composition,micro-morphology as well as catalytic property were studied by XRD,SEM, HRTEM,UV-Vis,XPS technique and so on. XRD result showed that the phase structure transition from monocline phase to cubic one with increasing sulfur amount. SEM result indicated that the average crystallite size about 200 nm-1 μm both pure and S-doped NataO3 ,and having good dispersion. UV-Vis results indicated that S doped NaTaO3 greatly narrows its band gap thus extends its photo response from UV to visible light region. The degradation of RhB solution indicated that the sample doped 20at% of sulfer exhibited the best photocatalytic activity,the degradation rate reached a maximum value about 93% for 180 min under visible light irradiation.关键词
