用硅钙渣烧制水泥熟料的研究
Research on Preparing Cement Clinker by Utilizing Silicate-Calcium Slag
摘要
Abstract
Calcium silicate slag (CSC)with different proportion instead of limestone and clay in cement raw material was calcined at different temperature (1200 ℃,1250 ℃,1300 ℃,1350 ℃,1400 ℃ and 1450 ℃),and the burnability,the mineral composition and the micro morphology of the clinker were analyzed. The results indicate that the addition of CSC in the raw material contributes to the formation of liquid phase,reduces the calcination temperature,improves the burnability of raw material,and is more conducive to the production of Belite,however,is not good for the formation of Alite. When the incorporation of CSC in the raw material is high (60%),the presence of microscale sodium in CSC make raw materials form alkaline liquid phase and valence bond strong AlO5-4 and FeO5-4 tetrahedron which are not conducive to the formation and growth of C3 S crystals,so that the C3 S mineral of clinker is close to C2 S whether the appearance or Ca/Si molar ratio.关键词
