摘要
Abstract
To study the effect of introduction and addition of composite antioxidants (slicon powder, aluminum powder,boron carbide)on performance of Al2O3-SiC-C brick,homogenized bauxite,tabular corundum,silicon carbide and graphite were used as main raw materials,phenol resin was used as binder. The results show that composite antioxidants can improve high temperature modulus of rupture of Al2O3-SiC-C brick. As the amount of aluminum powder increasing,the high temperature modulus of rupture significantly improved. The effects of the oxidation resistance are as follows:Composite antioxidants of adding boron carbide >Aluminum-silicon composite >Aluminum metal >Silicon metal. The introduction of boron carbide in the composite antioxidants can effectively improve the erosion resistance and thermal shock stability of Al2O3-SiC-C brick.关键词
