摘要
Abstract
The low viscosity and high dispersity of aqueous photocurable ceramic pastes is a key factor in determining the quality of curing. The viscosity of the premix of slurry and the 10% solid content at different temperatures were tested,modification of yttria stabilized zirconia (3Y-ZrO2 )nano powder by silane coupling agent KH570 . The results show that the monomer with the matrix resin has little effect on the viscosity of the premix;the viscosity of the slurry decreases with the increase of the temperature. The surface of the modified nano powder is grafted with a layer of homogeneous organic matter,dispersity in the premix. Finally,the solidified layer is observed by scanning electron microscopy and found that its tissue is uniform and no agglomerated particles appeared.关键词
