钠钙玻璃在不同液体环境中的磨损性能
Wear Behaviors of Soda Lime Glass under Various Liquid Conditions

Abstract
The friction and wear of soda lime (SL) glass in various aqueous solutions were investigated by rubbing against pyrex glass ball. The results show that, compared to pure water, wear volume of soda lime glass in acid solution (i.e., pH=3) and basic solution (i.e., pH=11) are decreased by 33% and 30%, respectively. It is indicated that the chemical reactions at the sliding interface in solution are different from the corrosion reactions without any interfacial shear. The addition of cationic polyelectrolyte into the solution can suppress the wear of SL glass and pyrex ball surfaces, while anionic polyelectrolyte does not reduce wear at all. It is suggested that cationic polymers could absorb on the glass surface due to the electrostatic reactions, enhancing the wear resistance of SL glass.关键词
