Abstract
Objective To investigate effectiveness of continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT) in treatment of patients with sepsis and its effects on inflammatory reaction and hemodynamics. Methods A total of 76 patients with sepsis admitted during March 2014 and July 2016 were divided into control group (n =38) and observation group (n =38) according to therapeutic methods.Control group received routine treatment, while observation group was treated with CRRT on the basis of treatment for control group.Curative effect, conditions of infection and body inflammatory reaction were observed, and hemodynamic level and prognosis were compared in two groups. Results In observation group, the mortality rate was significantly lower, while the effective rate was significantly higher than those in control group (P < 0.05).After treatment, levels of white blood cell count (WBC),procalcitonin (PCT),C-reactive protein (CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α),interleukin-1 β (IL-1 β),interleukin-6 (IL-6) and interleukin-10 (IL-10)in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group (P < 0.05,P < 0.01).In observation group, after treatment, values of heart rate (HR) and acute physiology and chronic health evaluation (APACHE) score were significantly lower, while hospitalization time was significantly less than that those in control group (P < 0.05,P < 0.01).Conclusion CRRT may effectively control the bacterial infection and inflammatory reaction, well stabilify hemodynamic indexes and improve the prognosis of patients with sepsis.关键词
