骨化三醇治疗2型糖尿病肾病的效果及对肾功能的影响
Effectiveness of Calcitriol in Treatment of Patients with Type 2 Diabetic Nephropathy and Its Effect on Renal Function

Abstract
Objective To investigate effectiveness of Calcitriol in treatment of patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy and its effects on urinary albumin excretion rate (UAER),homocysteine (Hcy) and serum uric acid (SUA)levels.Methods A total of 84 patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy admitted during January 2015 and December 2016 were divided into control group (n =42) and treatment group (n =42) according to different treatment methods.Control group was treated with Irbesartan,while treatment group was treated with Calcitriol.UAER,Hcy and SUA levels before and after treatment,therapeutic effects and incidence rate of adverse reactions were compared and analyzed between two groups.Results The total effective rate in treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group (P ＜0.05).After treatment,UAER,Hcy and SUA levels were significantly lower than those before treatment in two groups,and the levels in treatment group were significantly lower than those in control group (P ＜ 0.05);25 (OH) D3levels were significantly higher than those before treatment in two groups,and the level in treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group (P ＜ 0.05).The total incidence rate of adverse reactions in treatment group was significantly lower than that in control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Calcitriol in treatment of patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy may effectively decrease UAER,Hcy and SUA levels and improve therapeutic effect.关键词
