超声弹性应变率比值法及弹性成像评分法对乳腺肿块定性诊断的比较
Comparison of Ultrasonic Elastic Strain Rate and Elastic Imaging Scoring Method in Application of Qualitative Diagnosis for Breast Masses

Abstract
Objective To investigate values of ultrasonic elastic strain rate (SR) and elastic imaging scoring method in application of qualitative diagnosis for breast masses.Methods A total of 132 lesions from 97 patients with breast masses were performed ultrasonography.SR and scoring methods were used to evaluate the benign and malignant masses,and postoperative results of pathological examination were as the gold standard.Diagnostic sensitivity,specificity,accuracy and diagnostic efficiency were compared between two methods.Results The specificity,accuracy and sensitivity of elastic imaging scoring method in diagnosis of malignant masses were 82.82％,86.33％ and 82.85％ respectively,while the specificity,accuracy and sensitivity of SR method in diagnosis of malignant masses were 92.34％,94.72％ and 86.83％ respectively.Area under curve (AUC) of elastic imaging scoring method receiver operating curve (ROC) was 0.918,and 95％ CI was 0.892-0.954;while AUS of SR method was 0.936,and 95％ CI was 0.903-0.976.Values of diagnostic accuracy and specificity by SR method were significantly higher than those by elastic imaging scoring method (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion SR method has higher accuracy and specificity in qualitative diagnosis of breast masses than those by elastic imaging scorin,and it may objectively reflect hardness of the lesion for qualitative diagnosis.关键词
