Abstract
The dynamic viscoelastic properties of three silicone polymer samples at different test frequencies, amplitudes and temperatures were characterized by an integrated rheometer produced by the Austrian Anton Paar Company. The results showed that the elastic properties of the general silicone rubber samples and the low phenyl silicone rubber samples were higher than those of the phenyl silicone oil at high frequency and were non-crosslinked;as the frequency increases,the storage modulus G′ and the loss modulus G″ of the three samples in-creases. Under the amplitude test condition,the loss factor tanδ of the low phenyl sample was slightly lower than that of the universal GUM751 sample,but the storage modulus G′ was larger than that of the universal GUM751 sample,and the elasticity was better. Under the condition of temperature test,the glass transition temperature Tg of the three samples was obtained,and the samples of low phenyl silicone rubber were high and the low temperature was good.关键词
