摘要

Abstract

In order to improve the accuracy of weld defects ultrasonic testing, avoid misjudge, eliminate potential hazards of project quality, it analyzed the influence of incident angle(K value) deviation on defect depth localization. Through practical testing of two specifications welded pipe, the accuracy of the analysis results in theory was verified, and influencing rule of incident Angle(K value) deviation on defect depth localization was obtained. According to the research results, in actual engineering production, ultrasonic testing incident Angle(K value) deviation less than 0.2 was acceptable, but if it was greater than 0.2, the probe must be changed.
