Solid waste identification method of imported metal smelting materials
摘要
Abstract
The solid wastes identification method of imported metal smelting materials was established and used for solid wastes identification of 3 kinds of imported metal smelting materials which were seized by customs.The identification results showed that:The natural properties of materials 1,2 and 3 were copper concentrate with excessive arsenic content,manganese anode slime and rotary kiln zinc oxide,which were come from the products with standardexceeded hazardous materials,substances produced by pollution control facilities and target products of conscious processing,respectively;Materials 1 and 2 were solid wastes prohibited by our country,but Material 3 was not solid waste.The established method for solid waste identification was feasible.This paper would provide technical reference for solid waste identification and control of imported metal smelting materials.关键词
