Abstract
In order to solve the problem of assembly sequence optimization of mechanical products,a new assembly sequence planning method based on multi group improved glowworm swarm optimization is proposed. Firstly,the mathematical model of assembly sequence planning is established. Aiming at the shortage of glowworm swarm optimization convergence efficiency,using SFLA population division thought improved the firefly algorithm,citing local search and global information exchange mechanism to enhance the performance of the algorithm. Then according to the characteristics of the discrete assembly sequence planning problem,the definition of discrete encoding and new particle update strategy. Finally,the simulation results show that the improved algorithm is simple and effective,the stability is better.关键词
