国医大师孙光荣论“观其脉证”
National Chinese Medicine Master Sun Guangrong on "Pulse and Symptoms Observing"
摘要
Abstract
National Chinese Medicine Master Sun Guangrong has deeply studied on how to grasp the key of "pulse and symptoms observing" in clinic.He thought" pulse and symptoms observing" is the generalization of the diagnostic method of TCM,which is the "major syndrome" obtained through four diagnostic methods.A poetry was formed to elaborate the connotation:the elements syndrome differentiation should be remembered in mind,the basic skills were the most important among the four methods of diagnoses;the inspection is the first step,and observe the vital essence of patients;eyes,nose,tongue and nail's checking should be observed carefully,the fake and true syndroms are distinguished by the inspection and inquiries;the severity of diseases can be investigated by pulse firstly,and then make a definite diagnosis according to the data.关键词
