补肾化瘀方对老年性骨质疏松症肾虚血瘀证证候积分及预后的改善作用
Effects of Bushen Huayu Decoction in Improving Syndrome Scores and Prognosis of Kidney Deficiency and Blood Stasis Type of Senile Osteoporosis

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of Bushen Huayu decoction in improving syndrome scores and prognosis of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type of senile osteoporosis.Methods From march 2014 to march 2016,84 cases with senile osteoporosis in our hospital were selected as study subjects and were randomly divided into two groups,42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with alfacalcido] soft capsules and qianggu capsules,while the observation group was additionally treated with Bushen Huayu decoction,the clinical efficacy,blood biochemical parameters [serum alkaline phosphatase (alp),12-14 bone mineral density (bmd),serum calcium (ca2+)],scores of kidney deficiency and blood stasis,prognosis [knee function score (hss)] and drug safety were observed.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (88.10％ vs 64.29％) (P＜0.05).After treatment,ALP and scores of kidney deficiency and blood stasis were significantly lower than those before treatment,while BMD,ca2+ and HSS scores were significantly higher.the ALP and syndrome of kidney deficiency and blood stasis in the observation group were greater than those in control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion Bushen Huayu decoction shows significant effect in the treatment of senile osteoporosis.the curative effect of Chinese medicine is exact and safe,it is with high application value.关键词
