摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the neuroprotective effects of Xiaoer Niuhuang Qingxin powder on febrile seizures induced brain injury.Methods Totally 74 patients with complex febrile seizures were randomly assigned into the treatment group (40 cases) and the control group (34 cases).Both groups were treated with routine therapy,while the treatment group was additionally given oral Xiaoer Niuhuang Qingxin powder,14 d of one course.The serum neuron specific enolase (NSE) level and abnormal rate of electroencephalogram were compared before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the serum NSE level of treatment group was better than control group (P＜0.05),and the abnormal rate of electroencephalogram was also significantly lower than control group.Conclusion Xiaoer Niuhuang Qingxin powder in treating febrile seizures induced brain injury shows good effect and safety.关键词
