高分三号卫星项目管理实践经验
Practice Experiences from Project Management of GF-3 Satellite
摘要
Abstract
In order to successfully complete the project of GF-3 satellite,the satellite develop-ment target and project management characters are analyzed.The project management theory is implemented to realize the integrated management and control including factors such as organiza-tion,schedule,quality,resource,risk,etc.The ability of project team is promoted by establis-hing organizational structure and strengthening team building.The schedule is ensured by detai-ling and optimizing the develop processes,identifying and controlling the short-term items.The quality is ensured by means of implementing three-dimension product assurance being composed of time,element and procedure.The components to match on time are ensured by adopting inten-sive management and thematic working mechanism.The works of eight-year lifetime are comple-ted by means of systemic argument,special management and efficient communicating.The risks are completed by means of continuous,dynamic and at all aspects management.Project manage-ment effectively guarantees the success of GF-3 satellite.关键词
