数字化仿真技术在高分三号卫星总装工艺优化中的应用

Abstract
The SAR subsystem of GF-3 satellite with intensive of equipment is extremely complex,which is very difficult to be assembled and integrated.In this paper,digital simulation technology is applied to the key link of GF-3 satellite assembly process.Firstly,simulation model is developed including all assembly elements,such as operator,process equipment,etc.Then the feasibility analysis of the total assembly process scheme oriented to satellite quality control is car-ried out with the evaluation indices of the operation space and assembly view field.Based on the potential risk indentifaction from the key components of protection,redundancy control,visible assembly process,etc.,the assembly process plan is optimized to reduce the probability of occur-rence of accident due to poor quality.Finally,the proposed technology is validated in SAR de-ployment test and assembly of electronic equipment.关键词
