Abstract
Three Brassica napus male sterile lines of ogu cytoplasmic male sterile (X2008A, X2011A and XYZ2A) and their maintainer lines (X2008B, X2011B and XYZ2B) were crossed with the restorer lines W01R and W02R respectively, to get the hybrid F1 generation. Then the F1 was compared with the control variety Fengyou 520, to analyze the effects of radish male sterile cytoplasm on yield, agronomic traits, quality traits and disease resistance in hybrids. The results showed that:The recovery abilities of the two restorer lines W01R and W02R used in this study were strong, the recovery rate of F1 generation reached 100%, indicating that both restorer lines were suitable. In the 12 combinations of the tests, the yields of 10 combinations were significantly higher than those of the control, and the yields of four combinations with the W01R (X2008A×W01R, X2008B×W01R, XYZ2A×W01R and XYZ2B×W01R) were significantly higher than those of the control, indicating that the combinations with W01R had a stronger heterosis than the combinations with W02R. The sterile cytoplasm had no significant effect on the yield and the main agronomic traits, but the plant height reduced significantly. The sterile cytoplasm had no significant effect on erucic acid, glucosinolate and oil content, but reduced oleic acid content. The resistance to sclerotinia rot and virus disease was no significantly affected by the sterile cytoplasm.关键词
