海洋链霉菌P10-16代谢产物的分离与鉴定
Isolation and identification of metabolites from marine Streptomyces viridobrunneus P10-16
摘要
Abstract
The secondary metabolites from marine Streptomyces viridobrunneus P10-16 were isolated and identified by silica gel column chromatography and TLC, their structures were elucidated with spectra data analysis of ESI-MS and NMR, and their antifungal activities were tested with the indicator fungus of rice blast. The results showed that five iturins (iturin A-2, A-3, A-4, A-6 and A-7) and DEHP were isolated from marine S. viridobrunneus. Half maximal inhibitory concentration(IC50) and minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)of iturin A-2 (Po) were 26.471, 62.500μg/mL, while IC50 and MIC of DEHP (Po) were 1.9159, 15.625 μg/mL, respectively.关键词
