溢流循环水力旋流器流场特性的数值分析
Numerical simulation analysis of flow field characteristics for overflow-circle hydrocyclone
摘要
Abstract
Aiming at the phenomena of short circuiting flow,circular flow and low separation efficiency in the operation of the hydrocyclone,an overflow-circle hydrocyclone was proposed.It was numerically simulated by FLUENT software based on computational fluid dynamics.Compared with the existing dual-cone hydrocyclone,the influences of medium conditions and operation parameters on the flow field and separation performance of the hydrocyclone were studied.Research results show that the phenomena of short circuiting flow and circular flow in hydrocyclone can be improved by overflow-circle structure;it can also keep the stability of the original flow field,improve the light phase volume fraction of the inner overflow outlet and reduce the underflow volume fraction of light phase effectively.As a result,oil and water are separated efficiently.关键词
