摘要

Abstract

The research of floating liquefied natural gas (FLNG) device has become a hot spot in the industry,which has become a significant and difficult problem to explore the adaptability of the equipment on FLNG.Packing column is the major processing equipment of FLNG,and its stability is very important for the pretreatment of natural gas.Packing column liquid holdup can make itself reach the stable operation,prevent severe changes in product quality,and have a buffer action.The influence of sloshing on dynamic liquid holdup of packing column is studied by using the cold model test equipment.The experimental results show that under any single sloshing condition,the dynamics liquid holdup in constant liquid volume is less than stationary;under the two coupled sloshing condition (swing + swing,swing + flatting),the dynamic liquid holdup is larger than stationary in the higher spray volume.The content of this paper is to provide reference for the study of fluid mechanics performance of packing column on FLNG.
