穴位贴敷治疗小儿泄泻的现代文献取穴及用药规律分析
Analysis of selection of points and medication rule in treating infantile diarrhea with acupoint application in modern literature

Abstract
Objective Through the arrangement of modern literature on acupuncture and acupoint application therapy for treatment of infantile diarrhea, to sum up the selection of points and medication rule for treatment of infantile diarrhea, and provide a theoretical basis for acupoint application therapy and combination of acupoints in medicine.Methods Taking Chinese journal full text database as the retrieval database,to retrieve relevant documents since 1977 on the acupoint application of infantile diarrhea, establish a research database of acupoint application in treating infantile diarrhea, data mining technology is used to describe the rules of acupoint selection and medication. Results According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria, 140 literatures were searched, and 16 acupoints were retrieved and 94 flavors of Chinese medicine were retrieved. And through statistical analysis found that the the acupoints were mainly CV8, ST 25, RN 12, and ST 36, and these points were mainly distributed in the chest and abdomen, the points of controlling vessel were mainly. In the selection of traditional Chinese medicine, clove, evodia rutaecarpa, cinnamon, woody root, Atractylodes rhizome are the majority. The meridian tropism of medicine is due to the two meridian of spleen and stomach.关键词
