从调和气血论治乳腺癌
Treatment of breast cancer from harmonizingqi and blood
摘要
Abstract
Through the induction and collation of ancient Chinese medical literature and modern literature, combing the correlation between qi stagnation and blood deficiency and breast cancer, it is proved that qi stagnation and blood deficiency is important factor of breast cancer. From the holistic view, the relationship between incoordination between liver and spleen and qi stagnation and blood deficiency was discussed, and the balance of qi and blood was regulated by the mutual dependence of liver and spleen, called "liver-wood coursing the spleen","spleen-earth constructing liver-wood". The disorder of qi and blood which lead by liver-spleen disharmony is an important pathogenesis of breast cancer. Based on the function and role of ying and wei , combined with the basic pathogenesis of breast cancer demonstrated that regulating ying and wei is an important method to regulate the disorder of qi and blood, and put forward the important position of regulating qi and nourishing blood therapy in the prevention and treatment of breast cancer. Danzhi Xiaoyao powder reflected this method.Therefore, the combination of theoretical research and experimental studies have proposed the use of Danzhi Xiaoyao powder in treatment of breast cancer, and provide a theoretical basis for clinical literature on scientific and reasonable prevention and treatment of breast cancer.关键词
