摘要
Abstract
The pathogenesis of aging is complex, the root vacuity and tip repletion which can be manifested as slow movement, weakness, cognitive dysfunction, depression and so on. Professor TONG Xiaolin believed that deficiency of essence, qi , spirit are the three major characteristics of aging. The pathogenesis of senility can be summed up as deficiency of spleen and kidney, qi-blood vacuity, so that strengthening spleen and kidney, replenishing qi and blood, collaterals obstruction, so that invigorating spleen and tonifying kidney, tonifying qi and replenishing blood, promoting blood circulation for removing obstruction in collaterals is the general rule of aging treatment. To analyze the clinical characteristics, etiology and pathogenesis of aging, with the experience of TONG Xiaolin on aging and other classical prescriptions as an example, this paper expounds the intervention strategy of Chinese medicine on aging, so as to inspire the clinical practice.关键词
