Abstract
Diabetes mellitus is a common disease caused by the interaction of genetic and environmental factors,blood glucose rise is the main diagnostic basis, and it is one of the frequently occurring diseases in internal medicine. There is no disease name in traditional Chinese medicine, according to the clinical symptoms, mostly it belongs to "wasting-thirst" category. Diabetic peripheral neuropathy is also one of the common chronic complications of diabetes, it gradually occurs because of the metabolic disorder and microcirculatory disturbance caused by long-term hyperglycemia, which results in nerve ischemia and hypoxia. The clinical manifestations include numbness, tingling and paresthesia in the distal extremities, and the sensation of local cooling or burning, or itching. four syndromes of qi and blood deficiency, stirring wind due to yin deficiency, spleen-kidney yang deficiency, static blood obstruction were treated with TCM sydrome differentiation.关键词
