活血解毒降糖方对糖尿病急性冠脉综合征患者术后心功能及心室重构的影响
Effect of Huoxue Jiedu Jiangtang prescription on cardiac function and ventricular remodeling in diabetes patients with acute coronary syndrome

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of Huoxue Jiedu Jiangtang prescription on cardiac function and ventricular remodeling in diabetes patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS). Methods 182 cases diabetic patients with ACS enrolled in our hospital were selected, the patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the digital random table method, 91 cases in each group, control group was treated with conventional western medicine, while observation group was treated with Huoxue Jiedu Jiangtang prescription on the basis of control group, 2 groups were treated for 1 month. The clinical efficacy of 2 groups were compared, the changes of ventricular remodeling, cardiac function and blood biochemical parameters were measured and compared between 2 groups, quality of life (QOL) of 2 groups before and after treatment was evaluated by Minnesota Life Scale (MHL).Results The total effective rate of control group was 85.71%, which was significantly lower than 94.51%of observation group (P <0.05); after treatment, the SV, CI, CO, FS, LVEF and E/A of 2 groups were significantly higher than those before treatment, and observation group was significantly higher than that of control group (P <0.05 or P <0.01); after treatment, LVESD and LVEDD of 2 groups were significantly higher than before treatment, but observation group was significantly lower than control group (P <0.05 or P <0.01), LVEST and LVPWT before and after treatment and the comparison between 2 groups were not statistically significant (P >0.05); after treatment, the levels of IL-6, Ang- Ⅱ ,CRP, TNF-α and MHL in 2 groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, NO levels were significantly higher than those before treatment, and the difference between 2 groups was significant (P <0.05 or P <0.01). Conclusion Huoxue Jiedu Jiangtang prescription combined with conventional therapy in the treatment of diabetes patients with ACS can effectively reduce the degree of myocardial injury, improve heart function, and can inhibit the excessive release of inflammatory factors, so as to improve the quality of life of patients, it has curative effect.关键词
