蛭龙活血通瘀胶囊对颈动脉狭窄患者血清同型半胱氨酸、纤维蛋白原的影响
Effect of Zhilong Huoxue Tongyu capsules on serum homocysteine and fibrinogen in patients with carotid artery stenosis

Abstract
Objective To study the effect of Zhilong Huoxue Tongyu capsules on serum content of fibrinogen (Fib) and homocysteine (Hcy) in patients with carotid artery stenosis. Methods a total of 144 patients with carotid stenosis confirmed by carotid artery color Doppler ultrasound were enrolled in the Affiliated Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Southwest Medical University from 2014 June to 2015 June, of which 60 cases of mild stenosis, 60 cases of moderate stenosis, 24 cases of severe stenosis , according to the ratio of 1:1 were randomly divided into Zhilong Huoxue Tongyu capsules observation group and aspirin group, and both two groups were given life style intervention,atorvastatin calcium and basic disease treatment. In addition, the Zhilong observing group was treated with Zhilong Huoxue Tongyu capsules (1.2g tid. Po.), and the Aspirin control group was given Aspirin tablet (100mg qd. Po.).The whole treatment process lasted for 1 year. The differences of impact from Zhilong Huoxue Tongyu capsules and Aspirin were observed on Fib and Hcy content of patients with different degrees of carotid artery stenosis. Results After treatment, the Hcy contente of observation group and the control group were both reduced by varying degrees (P <0.05). Among the subgroups, the mild and moderate stenosis groups their Hcy content decrease was significantly lower than the control group (P <0.05). After treatment all groups showed positive change in Fib when compared to before treatment (P <0.05), There was no significant difference in Fib between observation group and the control group (P >0.05). Conclusion 1) Zhilong Huoxue Tongyu capsule can reduce the serum Hcy and Fib content of patients with carotid artery stenosis; 2) For patients with mild and moderate stenosis of carotid artery, Zhilong Huoxue Tongyu capsules had a better effect of reducing serum Hcy than Aspirin.关键词
