Effect of Rg3 on the expression of CD 80/86 and cellular immune function in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radiotherapy

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of ginsenoside Rg3 on the expression of CD 80/86 and cellular immune function in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radiotherapy.Methods 60 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma were selected as the research object, and they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, 30 cases in each group. Peripheral blood lymphocytes were collected from two groups after radiotherapy. MTT method was used to detect lymphocyte proliferation, flow cytometry was used to detect the expression of IgG, IgM antibody and /Th2 Th1, CD80 and CD86 cytokines by indirect ELISA method.Results Rg3 can promote the proliferation of lymphocytes in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiotherapy, up CD4+, CD4+/CD8+, IgG, 80/86, CD, IgM, IL-2, down IL-6, CD8+, and showed a dose dependent.Conclusion Ginsenoside Rg3 can significantly enhance the immune function of peripheral blood lymphocytes in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiotherapy, suggesting that it may be used as a potential immune enhancer in the treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients with radiotherapy.关键词
