自拟方联合米非司酮对子宫肿瘤抑制效果及雌孕激素受体的影响
Effects of self-made prescription combined with mifepristone therapy on inhibiting uterine fibroids and influencing Estrogen and Progesterone receptors

Abstract
Objective To explore the application of self-made prescription combined with mifepristone therapy on inhibiting uterine fibroids and influencing Estrogen and Progesterone Receptors. Methods 150 patients with uterine fibroids were randomly divided into group A and group B, group C, from 3 months before the surgery, group A was treated with self-made prescription combined with mifepristone therapy and group B was treated with mifepristone only,group C was given no treatment. And compared the volume of uterus and fibroids, level of peripheral serum hormone before and after treatment.The expression of estrogen and progesterone receptor in myoma tissue was detected after operation. Results Compared with group C, the volume of uterus and fibroids, level of peripheral serum hormone of A, B after medical treatment significantly reduced (P <0.05), estradiol (E2) decreased significantly (P <0.05),the ER expression was significantly decreased (P <0.05), there was no significant difference between PR expression,progesterone (P), luteinizing hormone (LH), follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) levels of group A decreased significantly (P <0.05); compared with group B, uterine volume, fibroid volume of group A reduced significantly (P <0.05), and E2, P, LH, FSH were significantly lower (P <0.05), the ER expression decreased significantly (P <0.05).Conclusion Chinese medicine self-made prescription combined with mifepristone therapy has a good inhibitory effect of fibroids, its mechanism may reduce the Estrogen and Progesterone receptors levels, reduce estrogen receptor expression.关键词
