Bronchoalveolar lavage treating severe pneumonia in children
摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of bronchoalveolar lavage and conventional treatment in severe pneumonia. Methods To analyze the clinical data of 60 hospitalized children with severe pneumonia in our hospital from September 2016 to July 2017.The lavage group was given electronic bronchoscopy and bronchoalveolar lavage on the basis of conventional treatment,while the control group was given conventional treatment such as inhalation of antibiotics and sputum aspiration. ResultsThe effective rate of lavage group was 96.6%, the control group was 73.3%,and the curative effect of lavage group was better than that of control group (P <0.01). Conclusion Bronchoalveolar lavage (BAL) was perfused directly to clear the airway and alveoli retained substances, and alleviate airway obstruction, improve respiratory function, it is an ideal treatment for refractory severe pneumonia in children.关键词
