针刺结合玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射治疗血瘀型膝骨性关节炎
Clinical observation of acupuncture combined with intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate on blood stasis type of KOA

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of blood stasis type of knee osteoarthritis. Methods Select 72 patients from Nov.2013 to Dec. 2015,they were randomly divided into acupuncture group (n=24 cases), sodium hyaluronate group (n=24 cases), treatment group (n=24 cases).Take the acupuncture treatment, intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate and combination therapy,to evaluate the effect of taking the visual analogue scale (VAS) criteria for knee osteoarthritis (JOA). Results The pain degree, swelling degree and mobility of the treatment group were significantly better than those of the acupuncture group and sodium hyaluronate group. Conclusion Acupuncture combined with sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of blood stasis type of knee osteoarthritis has obvious curative effect, is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
