Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture and medication on intractable hiccup after stroke. Methods Patients were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group was intervened by acupuncture and medication, while the control group was treated by acupuncture only. Results In the treatment group, 17 cases were cured, 2 cases were effective, the total effective rate was 95%. In the control group, 15 cases were cured, 2 cases were effective, the total effective rate was 85%. Conclusion Acupuncture combined with medication and routine acupuncture have a good therapeutic effect on intractable hiccup after stroke, but the treatment group is better than the control group.关键词
