TiO2-Ta2 O5复合涂层的制备、表征及生物矿化性能
Preparation,Characterization and Biomineralization Property of TiO2-Ta2 O5 Composite Coatings

Abstract
In order to improve the mechanical and biological properties of Ti-based bone implants,the TiO2-Ta2 O5 composite coatings with different proportions were prepared on the surface of pure titani-um by plasma spraying technology.The microstructures of the coatings were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD)and field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM).Surface profiler and electrochemical workstation were applied to investigate the surface roughness and corrosion resistance of the coatings.In-vitro biomineralization property of the coatings was determined by simulated body fluid (SBF)immersion test.Results indicated that the phase composition of TiO2 coatings has no obvi-ous changes by addition of Ta2 O5 .All coatings possess micro-sized surface roughness and nanotopog-raphy,but its nanotopography is various.Nano-rod structures are formed on the surface of the TiO2-40%Ta2 O5 ,TiO2-60%Ta2 O5 and TiO2-80%Ta2 O5 coatings.The addition of Ta2 O5 can improve the corrosion resistance of TiO2 coatings.TiO2-40%Ta2 O5 composite coating can induce apatite to form on its surface,suggesting the enhanced in-vitro biomineralization property.关键词
