基于数字图像技术的烟草氮素营养诊断研究

Abstract
In order to rapidly diagnose the nitrogen deficiency in plant and provide theoretical basis for fertilization according to needs,the change in leaf color information under low nitrogen stress was studied. In this study,74 tobacco genotypes were treated with hydroponics in low nitrogen(0.5 mmol/L) and normal nitro-gen(5.0 mmol/L) levels at the seedling stage.The feasibility of digital image technology for the diagnosis of tobacco nitrogen nutrition was discussed by analyzing the image information of upper-middle leaves and the ni-trogen nutrition characters of the tobacco plant.The results showed that the coefficients of variation of R,G,H, S,B,I,r and g color eigenvalues were all less than 15%,which could be used as a stable character index.Com-pared with other color models,the HSI color model was more sensitive to the change of nitrogen.The mean val-ues of leave color R,G,B,H,I,r and g were significantly different at different nitrogen levels and the differ-ences in the mean values of S,b were not significant.The mean values of leave color R,G,B,I,r and b under low nitrogen stress were greater than those under normal nitrogen,while the mean values of leave color H,g ei-genvalues under low nitrogen stress were smaller than those under normal nitrogen.The color eigenvalues R,G were more sensitive than B to predict crop nitrogen nutrition status,and they had a good correlation with nitro-gen nutrition index,while the correlation between color eigenvalues S,b and the nitrogen nutrition index was poor.Digital image technology can accurately evaluate the nitrogen nutrition of tobacco,and it can be applied in different varieties of flue-cured tobacco.关键词
