干旱胁迫下银杏雌雄植株的生长及内源激素含量的差异
Gender Differences in the Growth and Endogenous Hormone Contents of Male and Female Ginkgo biloba under Drought Stress

Abstract
Using 2-year-old cutting seedlings Ginkgo biloba L.cv.'DaFozhi'(male and female),simula-ting the natural drought by means of greenhouse pot culture the growth and endogenous hormone contents of male and female Ginkgo biloba under drought stress were studied.The results showed that:(1) At the same stage of drought treatment,the wilting phenomenon of male ginkgo leave was more serious,and the growth rate of plant height and ground diameter decreased faster.The female plants showed better growth than the male. ( 2) At the same stage of drought treatment,the contents of promoting hormone IAA,GA3 and ZR in the female plants were higher than those in the male plants and the content of inhibitory hormone ABA was lower than that of the male plants.(3)Compared with the male,the female ginkgo had higher IAA/ABA,GA3/ABA,ZR/ABA ratio and lower GA3/IAA ratios in the same drought stage.The gender differences showed that the female gink-go had better drought adaptability than the male.In addition,the plant height and ground diameter growth of the female ginkgo under drought stress were higher than those of the male ginkgo,which might be the effect of the contents of IAA and the ratios of GA3/IAA,and IAA/ABA.关键词
