响应面法优化无花果多糖的提取条件研究
Optimization of Conditions for Extraction of Polysaccharide from Ficus carica by Using Response Surface Methodology

Abstract
In order to ascertain the optimum conditions for the extraction of polysaccharide from Ficus carica L.,we used sin-gle-factor experiments and response surface methodology to research the influences of various factors on the extraction rate of poly-saccharide from F. carica. According to the built model,the influences of various factors on the extraction rate of polysaccharide showed the following order:extraction temperature > extraction time > liquid-material ratio > pH-value. The optimum extraction conditions were obtained as follows:extraction time 43 min, pH-value 8. 1, liquid-material ratio 18 mL/g, extraction temperature 81 ℃. Under these optimum conditions,the actual extraction rate of polysaccharide was 10.45%. The results indica-ted that the response surface methodology was reasonable and feasible for the optimization of extraction conditions of polysaccharide from F. carica.关键词
