摘要

Abstract

In order to ascertain the optimum conditions for the extraction of polysaccharide from Ficus carica L.,we used sin-gle-factor experiments and response surface methodology to research the influences of various factors on the extraction rate of poly-saccharide from F. carica. According to the built model,the influences of various factors on the extraction rate of polysaccharide showed the following order:extraction temperature > extraction time > liquid-material ratio > pH-value. The optimum extraction conditions were obtained as follows:extraction time 43 min, pH-value 8. 1, liquid-material ratio 18 mL/g, extraction temperature 81 ℃. Under these optimum conditions,the actual extraction rate of polysaccharide was 10.45%. The results indica-ted that the response surface methodology was reasonable and feasible for the optimization of extraction conditions of polysaccharide from F. carica.
