摘要

Abstract

In order to make up for the defect of the safety protection system that can not be disassembled and the operation experience is insufficient,a virtual reality system for the safety protection of the hydraulic press is built on the Unity 3D platform,and a method for modeling the virtual scene is proposed.Consisting of four modules,namely,the safety starting,the installation of the safety components,the experience of dangerous areas and the protection experience of the safety components,the virtual reality security protection system can visually and intuitively demonstrate the role of security protection system,and help users understand the working principle of the hydraulic press and safety components,and experience the dangerous source.
