导冷机箱锁紧面的接触传热特性研究

摘要
Abstract
To set the reasonable value of thermal resistance of locking surface,a test platform is built based on the on-board liquid-cooling cabinet,ASSAC standard module,simulated heat source,tools for temperature data collection and liquid cooling.On the platform,experiments and tests were conducted under different working conditions,and simulation analysis and verification tests were also carried out.The research results show that the contact thermal resistance of the locking surface is about 0.226 ℃/W without thermal conductive filler,and it is about 0.034 ℃/W with thermal conductive silicone between guide groove and module.关键词
