摘要

Abstract

To obtain the real-time wear condition of dredge steel pipe in the mud pipeline of cuttersuction dredger,a GPRS-based remote ultrasonic thickness measurement system is designed on the basis of the handheld thickness gauge.This paper demonstrates the overall framework of the system,the design principle of the thickness measuring terminal,the design of GPRS communication module and the establishment of remote communication protocol.Through the GPRS network,the thickness measuring terminal is connected with the data monitoring center,which breaks the limitation of terrain and distance,and realizes the real-time thickness measurement,GPRS remote data communication,and remote monitoring via data center.The application of this study to pipeline transportation industry can effectively prevent the explosion accident.
