Research advances in animal models of hepatic alveolar echinococcosis
摘要
Abstract
Hepatic alveolar echinococcosis (HAE) is a serious parasitic disease caused by the infection with the eggs of Echinococcus multilocularis Leuckart.Research on the mechanism of the development and progression of HAE helps to explore new methods for its diagnosis and treatment,and the establishment of good animal models is the basis for further studies on HAE.With reference to the articles on the establishment of HAE animal models in China and foreign countries,this article reviews breed conservation,selection of experimental animals,and methods for model establishment,as well as evaluation methods and their own advantages and disadvantages,in order to provide a reference for studies on HAE animal models.关键词
