Abstract
This article makes a comparative analysis of the key recommendations in Guidelines for the diagnosis and management of nonalco-holic fatty liver disease published by American Association for the Study of Liver Diseases in 2017,Clinical practice guidelines for nonalco-holic fatty liver disease jointly published by European Association for the Study of the Liver,European Association for the Study of Diabetes, and European Association for the Study of Obesity in 2016,Guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease pub-lished by Chinese Society of Hepatology,Chinese Medical Association in 2010,and Diagnosis and treatment of fatty liver disease in children published by North American Society for Pediatric Gastroenterology,Hepatology,and Nutrition,from the following five aspects:basic con-cepts and typing,risk factors and screening,diagnosis and evaluation,treatment,and monitoring and follow - up,in order to provide a ref-erence for clinical practice.关键词
