摘要

Abstract

Microbial fertilizer as one of the alternatives to fertilizer was an important way to alleviate the de-pendence of agricultural production on chemical fertilizer in China .The effect of different microbial fertilizer on the growth and yield of potato was studied .The results showed that The leaf area , main stem length, root length and root/shoot ratio of potato were increased by 91.2%,57.5%,56.1%and 37.5%respectively com-pared with CK under the 1%KS50 microbial bacteria soaking seeds treatment .In addition ,the yield of potato was increased by 15.7%compared with CK as the average weight and the individual tuber of potato increased . 1%KS50 microbial fertilizer treatment effectively control the growth and development of potato , to a certain extent, regulate the yield components , thus achieve the yield of potato increased .
