摘要

Abstract

In order to develop and apply the high intensity vinylon better ,the related indexes of high intensity vinylon and normal vinylon were tested ,analyzed and compared .Their flammability was compared with polyester . The test results show that breaking strength of high intensity vinylon is higher ,breaking elongation is larger ,ini-tial modulus is bigger ,tensile breaking specific work is larger ,friction coefficient is bigger ,specific resistance is higher ,moisture absorption is better and so on .Treatment of anti-static and softness should be performed during spinning .It is considered that corresponding technology measures should be taken during spinning based on the properties of high intensity vinylon .High intensity vinylon yarns are suitable for labor suit and military training clothes which have the property of high intensity labor or exercise .
