基于计算流体动力学的棉网清洁器结构分析
Structural Analyses of Web Cleaner Based on Computational Fluid Dynamics
摘要
Abstract
The web cleaner with one side of air draft while the other side of on/off controllable air mouth was installed during carding machine transformation .The inner airflow movement and dust cleaning theory were test-ed with experiments and analyzed with computational fluid dynamics method .The test results show that the inner of the cleaner shows negative pressure status .The airflow enters from the dust cleaning mouth and then strong circumferential vortex is formed .Affected by pumping action of air draft ,it flows along with the axial direction . When the air mouth of cleaner is open ,larger axial velocity is generated by the inner airflow and the velocity of ro-tational flow is restrained ,which is beneficial to remove the impurities .It is considered that the study results can provide theoretical support for the scientific distribution of web cleaner in carding machine and the related pro-cessing structural design .关键词
