摘要

Abstract

The elements affecting the properties of ultrahigh pressure electrostatic protection fabric were dis-cussed .One kind of multi-functional ultrahigh voltage electrostatic protection fabric was developed .Starting with the elements affecting fabric resistance ,shielding effectiveness ,abrasion resistance ,flammability and intensity ,the aspects including raw material ratio selection ,weave structure ,yarn count ,warp & weft density and so on were tested and analyzed .The test results show that the fabric shielding effectiveness is improved and resistance is de-creased as the increase of conductive fiber content .The retainability of electrical properties especially for resist-ance for plain weave fabric after washing is the best .It is considered that multi-function composite technical breakthrough for the developed fabric is achieved .It can provide more effectivity and overall safety protection for electric power operating personnel .
