摘要

Abstract

For the active power allocation problem of wind farm under limited power conditions,the generation cost and the comprehensive fatigue model are established in this paper. In order tominimize the cost of power generation and the difference of the fatigue of the wind turbine,this paper takes the power balance,output restrictions and shut-down time limit as constraint conditions to build a control strategy of power in wind farm. The strategy based on wind power forecast information of each wind turbine and the improved particle swarm algorithmare used. Finally,the active power output characteristics of wind turbineare analyzed. And the active power,the cost of power generation and the uniformity of fatigue between three kinds of distribution schemesare compared with each other.The results show that the optimization strategybased on both the generation cost and the fatigue equilibrium condition can effectively reduce the cost and guarantee the fatigue balance among the units,so as to reduce the maintenance frequency of the unit.
