ICU危重症患者病情评估指标体系的研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective To develop a condition assessment index system for patients in intensive care unit (ICU) and to improve the success rate of treatment and patients' quality of life. Methods Based on literature review and semi-structure expert interview, the framework of disease assessment system for critical patients in ICU was developed. Indexes were determined by adopting Delphi method and inquiring 12 experts with questionnaire. The weight of every index had been determined. Results 3 first-level indicators and 17 second-level indicators were identified in the condition assessment index system for patients in ICU. The experts' positive coefficients in two rounds of consultations were all 100% respectively, and both of the coordination coefficients were statistically significant(P<0.01). In the second round of consultation, the experts' coefficient of determination was 0.883, familiar coefficient 0.900,and authority coefficient 0.891. Conclusion The condition assessment index system for critical patients in ICU is reliable and valid,which can effectively improve the predictability of nursing and be promoted clinically.关键词
