青岛市三级甲等医院护士职业幸福感现状及影响因素分析
Occupational Well-being of Nurses in Class Ⅲ Grade Ⅰ Hospitals and Its Influence Factors

Abstract
Objective To explore the occupational well-being of nurses in Class Ⅲ GradeⅠhospitals in Qingdao, to analyze its influence factors. Methods Totally 987 registered nurses were recruited from 4 Class Ⅲ GradeⅠ hospitals in Qingdao and investigated using general information questionnaire,Occupational Well Being Scale and Emotional Labor Scale. Multi-factor analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression. Results The median of occupational well-being of 987 nurses was 3.625, and the inter-quartile range 0.575. Years of working, working overtime, surface acting and deep acting entered into the regression equation (P<0.05). Conclusion Nurses' occupational well-being is in a mediate level and is influenced by years of working, working overtime, surface acting and deep acting. Lectures on emotional labor and psychological regulation will benefit the improvement of nurses'occupational well-being.关键词
