全麻下行腹腔镜胆囊切除患者应用嗅物位气管插管的效果观察
Effect of Sniffing Position on Endotracheal Intubation under General Anesthesia Patients with Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of sniffing position on endotracheal intubation under general anesthesia operational patients.Methods A total of 140 patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy were divided into the observation group and the control group randomly with 70 cases in eaeh group. Patients in the control group were treated with the supine position, and the observation group the sniffing position. The time of intubation, Cormack-Lehane laryngeal classification, the complications and vital signs in two groups were observed. Results There were shorter time of intubation, less complications, lower mean artery pressure and slower heart rate in the observation group when compared with those in the control group(all P<0.05), and there was significantly difference in Cormack-Lehane laryngeal classification between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion Sniffing position, which is better than the traditional supine position during tracheal intubation, can improve the success rate of the first intubation, reduce the postoperative complications,maintain hemodynamic stability and promote postoperative rehabilitation.关键词
