气滞型功能性消化不良患者穴位按摩联合莱菔子封包胃脘部热熨的效果观察
Effect of Acupoint Massage Combined with Radish Seed Packet on Functional Dyspepsia Patients with Qi Stagnation:A Control Study

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of acupoint massage combined with radish seed packet on functional dyspepsia patients with Qi stagnation. Methods With convenient sampling, 60 functional dyspepsia patients with Qi stagnation from July 2016 to May 2017 were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 30 cases in each group. Patients in control group received routine nursing and acupoint massage and those in observation group routine nursing, acupoint massage combined with radish seed packet.Patients'score of TCM symptoms 2,4,and 7 days after treatment were compared and the curative effect after 7-day treatment, score of gastrectasia, abdominal pain, belching and thin sloppy stool were compared as well. Results Patients' score of TCM symptoms indicated statistical significance (F=409.170,P<0.001). After 7-day of treatment, the total number of effective cases in the observation group was 30 cases, 27 cases in the control group. The curative effect after 7-day treatment in observation group was better than that in control group (P<0.001). The score of gastrectasia and abdominal pain improved significantly and had statistical significance (P<0.001,P=0.002) but no significance was found in the comparison of belching and thin sloppy stool (P=0.060,0.217). Conclusion Acupoint massage combined with radish seed packet is safe and without adverse events and it is effective for the improvement of scores of TCM for functional dyspepsia patients with Qi stagnation.关键词
